Hugo Praden
Biography
Hugo Praden has been playing the game of volleyball since 1995. He was a member of the single A OFSAA championship team with Monseigneur-de-Charbonnel in 1999. He later played varsity volleyball at McMaster and Nipissing U, where he also started to coach during his free time.
He coached for two years with the Mountain Athletic Club program with the U-18 and U-15 boys' teams. He later helped out with the Scarborough Falcons Volleyball Club with skill development. When teaching in South Korea, he also played for the regional Yeosu City Volleyball Club for two years. Since becoming a teacher, Hugo Praden has coached many teams in several different sports (basketball, soccer, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee).

Hugo brings decades of playing and coaching experience across multiple sports, with a focus on fundamental skill development and a well-rounded athletic approach.
