Program Overview
Our Prep4Rep program is designed for current 12U-18U rep-level athletes looking to fine-tune their technical skills ahead of the upcoming season.
This high-repetition training program focuses on perfecting the fundamentals that make the difference at the competitive level. Each week targets a specific skill, allowing athletes to build confidence and consistency before the season begins.
Program Structure
Each week focuses on a specific core skill — such as passing, serve receive, setting, attacking, or defense. Sessions are built around structured technical drills to promote consistency, confidence, and skill mastery.
Athletes will:
- Train one primary skill each week
- Review previously covered skills to reinforce development
- Progress through a structured, high-repetition training model
- Receive individualized feedback from experienced rep coaches
8-Week Skill Focus Rotation:
Flexible Registration
We offer flexible registration options to meet your schedule:
- Full 8-Week Session: Commit to the entire program for comprehensive preparation
- Individual Weeks: Register for specific weeks based on skill focus you want to develop
- Drop-In (if space available): $40 per session
